Nichole Sullivan

Nichole Sullivan serves as Director of Emerging Technology at G3. With over 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics, Ms. Sullivan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to drive G3's emerging technology initiatives.

Ms. Sullivan is a recognized expert in AI/ML solution architecture with 30 publications and 5 patents to her name. Her extensive background spans computer vision, natural language processing, digital twin development, and multi-INT fusion. With advanced coursework in chemistry and materials science from Pennsylvania State University, she has successfully led AI/ML classification projects for defense applications, developed data lake architectures for cyber assessments, and architected automated NLP solutions for multi-source intelligence analysis.

At G3, Ms. Sullivan leads AI/ML and data analytics efforts supporting critical national security missions, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's MESA Program. She specializes in building structured observation management models, activity-based intelligence tools, and custom training programs that facilitate the adoption of advanced technologies across the GEOINT community. Her work focuses on translating cutting-edge research into practical, mission-ready solutions that enhance analytic capabilities and operational effectiveness.
