Nichole Sullivan serves as Director of Emerging Technology at G3. Ms. Sullivan has over 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, in addition to over 30 publications and 5 patents. Ms. Sullivan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to G3 products and solutions.

Ms. Sullivan is a recognized expert in AI/ML solution architecture with 30 publications and 5 patents to her name. Her extensive background spans computer vision, natural language processing, digital twin development, and multi-INT fusion. With advanced coursework in chemistry and materials science from Pennsylvania State University, she has successfully led AI/ML classification projects for defense applications, developed data lake architectures for cyber assessments, and architected automated NLP solutions for multi-source intelligence analysis.

At G3, Ms. Sullivan leads AI/ML and data analytics efforts supporting critical national security missions, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's MESA Program. She specializes in building structured observation management models, activity-based intelligence tools, and custom training programs that facilitate the adoption of advanced technologies across the GEOINT community. Her work focuses on translating cutting-edge research into practical, mission-ready solutions that enhance analytic capabilities and operational effectiveness.
